When will my order be shipped?

All orders are normally shipped within 3 working days by next day delivery, and arrives by either 4th or the 5th day. 

As stated during the checkout, you are given the options with the delivery estimate. If your order is not next day, it will be delivered within the time specified.

Can i change my delivery address?

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Should you wish to change the delivery address after your order has been despatched from us and has not been delivered, you will need to contact our Customer Service on 0800 644 0249 or send us an email on cust.serv@systo.co.uk - However, on some occasions when the delivery has already been attempted, we may not be able to change the address if the item is being returned back to us by the courier. In such circumstances, you will have to repay the delivery in order for us to despatch your order again.

What are your delivery charges?

On most items we offer Free Delivery. Our standard delivery rate starts from 3£. Your shipping rates are calculated at the check out based on the basket weight and the shipping method.

How can i track my package?
You can track your package on the carriers website with which the order has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email 
 
Why isn't there tracking information for my order?
If you're order has been shipped by RoyalMail (2nd Class) - You will not be able to track it's progress.
 
How do i qualify for Free Shipping?
If your order value is over £350.00 exc VAT, you will automatically be able to select the "Free Shipping Option".
 
My order status has been on processing?
If your order status is on processing and your delivery time has past, you should contact us on cust.serv@systo.co.uk or call us on 0800 644 0249 so that we can look into it for you. If your order has been on processing while still within the delivery estimate, please wait until your estimated time has past before contacting us. We ship most orders by next working day service, so if your estimate is 5 working days and your order has been on processing until the 4th day, it will be shipped on the 4th day and delivered on the 5th day.
